T-STEM Blueprint
Purpose of the T-STEM Blueprint
The Texas Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (T-STEM) Blueprint provides foundational principles and standards for innovative partnerships with business and industry and colleges and universities. The Texas Education Agency (TEA) provides technical assistance to promote implementation of the T-STEM model with fidelity.
TEA is currently in a phase-in process for the new T-STEM Blueprint. Data for Outcomes-Based Measures (OBMs) related to access, attainment, and achievement are for information and planning purposes only as the T-STEM Blueprint is being phased in. This information will not be used to determine designation status.
