TEA and Educate Texas conducted the 2021-2022 CCRSM Kickoff Webinar to help network members understand the landscape of College and Career Readiness School Models in Texas and learn about the technical assistance plan for 2021-2022.
The Supporting Students and Staff Speaker Series featured topics from a variety of experts focusing on different components of building social and emotional supports in educational environments.
The New Leader Learning Series introduced education leaders to CCRSM network resources and partners. The 2021 series kicked off on July 27th and featured four days of live presentations, on-demand content and reflection sessions.
The 2021 CCRSM Leadership Summit virtually convened leaders from ECHS, T-STEM and P-TECH campuses and their partners from across Texas. This exciting virtual event offered the opportunity for CCRSM leaders to network with peers, celebrate successes from the year, and learn the latest in best practices. Featured 2021 presenters included TEA’s Dr. Lily Laux, “The Funny Rocket Scientist”, Shayla Rivera and mental health and wellness expert, Dr. Tammy Lewis Wilborn.
The 2020 CCRSM Leadership Summit was a six-day virtual event focused on supporting educators and providing opportunities to network with peers and see highlights from the year. Featured presenters included the 2017 National Teacher of the Year, Sydney Chaffee, and leaders from the Texas Education Agency.
